About Seven Oaks
Welcome to Seven Oaks Elementary!
We are the home of the Bulldogs and serve preschool through 5th grade in Lacey, WA. At Seven Oaks, we follow FRRED principles: fairness, responsibility, respect, empathy, and dignity. Our mission is to form a partnership of students, parents, staff, and the community to create a caring atmosphere where students can become successful citizens.

Goals & School Improvement Plan
Academic Gap Goal
The percentage of students in grades K–2 scoring about the 51st percentile on the easyCBM Reading Fluency will increase from 37% in the fall of 2024 to at least 80% in the spring of 2025. The percentage of students in grades 3–5 scoring about the 51st percentile on the easyCBM math will increase from 57% in the fall of 2024 to at least 75% in the spring of 2025.
Behavior or Social-Emotional Learning Gap Goal
Increase the regular attendance of all students from 39.5% to 50% by spring of 2025. In addition, increase the regular attendance of low-income students from 31.63% to 42% by the spring of 2025.

Building History
Seven Oaks Elementary was built in 1990 on 13.1 acres. It is located at 1800 Seven Oaks Drive SE. The 54,866 square foot building includes 35 instructional spaces and 8 portable classrooms.
- In 2007, the boiler was replaced and controls were partially upgraded.
- In 2012, Seven Oaks received HVAC upgrades.
- In 2022, the school's roof was fully replaced, and mechanical upgrades were made to the HVAC system.
- This school is currently eligible for a state-assisted modernization/addition.
